These terms apply to every purchase you make from Zarikosha across all our ordering channels.

2. Our Collection

We offer handcrafted Banarasi sarees and suits, available as ready-to-ship pieces or made-to-order creations. Because our items are crafted by hand on a handloom, small variations in color, weave, or texture are entirely natural. These are signs of authentic human craftsmanship rather than flaws.

3. How to Order

You can easily place your orders directly through our website, via WhatsApp at 9980506911, or by sending us a DM on Instagram.

4. Payments

We support a variety of payment methods, including UPI, credit and debit cards (both domestic and international), direct bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India up to ₹25,000.

• COD orders need a small non-refundable advance payment of ₹500 per piece, with the rest payable when your package arrives.

• All prices shown already include applicable GST.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch Times: Ready-to-ship items go out within 5 to 6 business days. Made-to-order pieces are specially woven and typically dispatch within 7 to 30 days.

• Delivery Windows: Once shipped, standard domestic delivery takes about 5 to 8 working days, while international shipping takes around 7 to 12 working days depending on customs clearance.

• Carriers & Duties: We ship using trusted partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, and Shree Maruti. International customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes. While transit delays handled by couriers are outside our direct control, we are always happy to help you track down your parcel.

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

We do not offer direct monetary refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange or a store credit note if you receive an incorrect item or a genuinely defective product.

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery alongside a complete, uncut unboxing video.

• Natural handloom irregularities do not count as defects.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Authenticity of Our Craft

Every single piece in our collection is handcrafted. Minor quirks in the weave, zari work, or finishing are the distinct signature of handmade textiles.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and original designs belong exclusively to Zarikosha. They cannot be copied, reused, or shared without prior written consent, and resellers are not permitted to use our media content.

9. Privacy Policy

We only collect essential details like your name, phone number, and delivery address to fulfill your order. Your information is shared strictly with secure payment gateways and delivery partners, and it is never sold or used for third-party marketing.

11. Right to Cancel Orders

Zarikosha maintains the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If this ever happens, any money paid will be refunded via a store credit note or back to your original payment method as required by law, with no extra liability or compensation.

Any legal disputes or disagreements will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where our business operates.
